Voyager redesigned Bernico’s RX10 around how the boat would actually be built. We replaced an inconsistent hand-built setup with a complete digital model, reduced the deck from three molded sections to one, and created a single hull platform that could support two bow styles. Major systems were integrated before tooling instead of being fitted afterward. The result was fewer parts, faster assembly and a boat that could be produced more consistently.
