Voyager designed a proprietary aerodynamic chainring for Classified’s Powershift drivetrain, giving its largely hidden technology a visible place in the brand’s product identity. Through successive design and manufacturing iterations, we balanced aerodynamic intent, stiffness, fit and production feasibility. Working with Tektro, we refined compatibility with the RaceFace Cinch standard and chose CNC machining over forging, allowing Classified to launch multiple variants without committing to costly tooling too early.
