Voyager rebuilt Bernico’s offshore power boat in 2018 under a compressed championship timeline. Working on site with Bernico, we turned a hand-built boat held together by running repairs into a controlled 3D CAD baseline, freezing the new design in two weeks. Re-evaluating the pilot’s seating position and sightlines shaped the distinctive V-shaped nose. The boat went on to win six consecutive world titles.
