An aerodynamic refit of a MAN truck cab for Quantron's hydrogen-powered platform in 2022, scoped to bodywork rather than a full chassis redesign to avoid re-homologation cost and time. The refit touched the front fascia, side fairings, roof fairings, and underbody panels with wheel ramps, validated in CFD and confirmed on the road, cutting aerodynamic drag by approximately 20% for roughly 10% more range. Voyager translated design intent laid out by Quantron into aerodynamically validated production ready A-Class surfaces.
